Juliette Blondeau, SBC Programme Officer

Juliette is an SBC Programme Officer in the Africa team at MAGENTA. She designs and manages social and behavioural change programmes across an array of thematic areas. She has a particular interest in health and social policies as well as in gender mainstreaming. Her previous professional experiences have been focused on project design and implementation for the French government Government of France, NGOs and consulting firms. She also co-drafted the OECD's new guidebook on the ethics of using behavioural sciences in public policies.

Juliette holds a master's in Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris, specialising in social policies and behavioural insights, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Islamic Theology from King's College London.

She speaks fluent English and French, as well as basic Arabic and intermediate Spanish.
