Our Communications Insight
To effectively reach, engage and gain trust with the communities, civil society organisations, donors and the Government of Jordan, it was essential to ensure that the social media channels and messaging is tailor-made to the target audience.
In order to build trust, reputation and recognition amongst the target audiences and ensure that the Network become the go-to for mediation, our approach focused on developing high quality content, re-vamping social media pages and optimising the content based on the platform, and providing communications and advocacy training.
