Environmental policy.

POLICY STATEMENT

This policy applies to all persons working with MAGENTA or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, agents, contractors and vendors.

MAGENTA is committed to protecting the environment. We seek opportunities to reduce our environmental impact and we are committed to minimising waste and pollution arising from our activities and wherever practical, measures are implemented to protect and preserve natural habitats, flora and fauna. We prefer to work with suppliers who themselves have sound environmental policies.

COMMITMENTS AND PROCEDURES

MAGENTA shall be a company that expects every employee and partner to support and uphold the following measures to protect the environment:

• Ensuring compliance with local environmental laws and regulations, client requirements and any other measures management sees fit;

• Minimise waste and efficiently use natural resources (water, energy, etc.);

• Recycle materials where possible;

• Educate and train employees in environmental issues and the environmental impact of activities where applicable;

POLICY ADMINISTRATION

Responsibility for ensuring this policy is monitored, enforced, updated regularly and compliant rests with Operations Department.

PPROVED POLICY

This policy was approved by MAGENTA Board of Directors on the 3rd of November, 2019. This policy may only be amended or changed with the approval of the Board.
