Jude Khalaf, SBC Programme Manager

Jude is a Programme Manager within the MENA team at MAGENTA. She is a programme management specialist with 8 years' experience designing, developing, and implementing projects on protection, inclusion, media development, and economic empowerment with a range of INGOs. Jude is deeply committed to gender mainstreaming and media development to create open-source information and promote better civic engagement and media freedom.

At MAGENTA, she manages a wide array of social and behavioural change research and communications projects across the region. Her extensive programming portfolio includes projects on media development, child protection, gender, and policy reform. As a MAGENTA trainer, she has designed and delivered bespoke SBC training to partners, stakeholders, and practioners.

Jude holds three bachelor’s degrees in Peace and Conflict Studies, Human Rights, and Arabic from the University of California, Berkeley. She speaks English, Arabic, and conversational Spanish and French.
