Kawther El Shabani, Senior Programme Manager

Kawther is a Senior Programme Manager at MAGENTA strengthening the strategic communications capacity of the Government of Jordan. 

She has more than 14 years of experience in the field of project management and communication. Kawther previously worked with Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism (ARIJ), the UK Cabinet Office, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and UN Women on campaigns, information management, PR, and media functions, in addition to other private sector companies. 

Kawther holds an MBA from GJU and a Bachelor’s degree in English for Specific Purposes from JUST University. Kawther speaks native Arabic and fluent English.
