Khaled Darwazah, SBC Programme Officer

Khaled is an SBC Programme Officer at MAGENTA. He has 6 years' experience in supporting training delivery, accompanying CSOs in the development of effective communications strategies and leading project monitoring and learning. At MAGENTA, Khaled works on a range of projects across the MENA region addressing youth empowerment, child protection, education, livelihoods, and gender. Khaled is also a core member of the MAGENTA Academy where he delivers capacity building and skills development training to actors in governments, local and international NGOs, development agencies, and the private sector.

Khaled holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s degree in International Development with a focus on the Middle East from the Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals.

Khaled speaks native Arabic and is fluent in English.
