Mariana Borja, SBC Programme Manager  

Mariana is a SBC Programme Manager at MAGENTA in Latin America and the Caribbean region. She is a programme management specialist who has worked with several INGOs on designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating development and impact programmes. With over a decade of experience, her focus encompasses areas such as rural development, gender equality, education, and social inclusion. 

She holds a BA in Social Anthropology, a BA in Philosophy as well as an MSc in Natural Resources and Rural Development.

She speaks native Spanish and is fluent in English.
