Salma Gueli, SBC Interventions Intern
Salma is our SBC Interventions Intern. She supports programme and knowledge management to the Africa team with previous experience in mixed-method research, her thematic interests of education, climate policy and public well-being, and her passion in understanding how cultural norms shape behaviours. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Cognitive Science in France, where she is working as a research assistant on a project related to education policies. Previously, she was a research assistant at the African Institute for Research in Economics and Social Sciences and led Questioning Behaviour, Africa's first Behavioral Sciences club.
She graduated as the valedictorian of Africa's first Behavioural Sciences for Public Policy programme at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University's Faculty of Governance in Morocco. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, she is committed to using behavioural sciences to drive positive change.
